In Eastern Echoes, Mr. Wufus and Sunny will take you to a journey into the distant past, navigating through their magic carpet the enticing tales and issues pertaining to what we know today as North East India. There is of course no dearth of literature on the history of the North East, but it is mind boggling to know that many of us are still vague or oblivious to the otherwise significant tales of India’s eastern most periphery.  Rather than narrating the entire history of the North East, episode by episode, this section will instead delve around issues that will continually remind us about the significance of this region within the larger frame of the Indian nation.
